Getting Crafty with the Kids for Dad’s Day

Father’s Day is fast approaching, and I’m on the hunt for a simple and fun craft that both my 2- and 4-year-old will enjoy making for their awesome Dad. Last year, we went for this cute and easy sign… that included each kid’s handprint.

For this year’s craft, I (of course) turned to Pinterest… and here are my top three contenders:

Dad Scribble Mug

I found this fun Scribble Mug on I heart arts and crafts.

My Dad Rocks

I am also a fan of this paperweight project from Our Family World. My kids love taking nature hikes to collect rocks, sticks, flowers, etc. Now we’d actually be able to use some of their “treasures” and get messy with paint, while we do it:)

Kids' Photo Bookmark

And these bookmarks are so creative and easy. Found it on Eyes on the Source. Perfect for any book lover out there!

We are leaning towards the mug, since our dad loves coffee! We’ll let you know how it goes:) And Happy Father’s Day!
